You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this site or hold an account.

Accounts are optional — the public pages of this site require no sign-in. If you do create one:

• keep your password confidential, and do not share your account with anyone else;
• you are responsible for activity that happens under your account; and

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by ZorForge or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. The ZorForge name and logo are our marks.

You may view, quote, and link to this site as you normally would. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, and nothing here creates a services contract. Descriptions of what we build, how we work, and what we deliver are marketing material, not commitments.

Any project we undertake is governed exclusively by a separately signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, warranties, confidentiality, and liability. Where such an agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement prevails.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website and these terms is limited to five thousand Philippine pesos (PHP 5,000).
